This is a wonderful little comic with three short horror stories. It’s a pretty quick read. However, I found myself going back over the amazing artwork that accompanies these works. Dynamic, compelling and telling just as much story as the text. Read this with the lights up, so you can be sure to see all of the fantastic artwork! This is beautifully done, I look forward to getting more of Shannon’s works.
We’re all connected. Your actions, no matter how small, have an effect on someone else even if you don’t realize it. That’s my takeaway message from this book of three story shorts, “The Want & the Will” by Shannon Kirkwood. Kinda creepy but isn’t that what you want from a horror story? Not only did I enjoy reading it, the book itself is finely made with thick durable pages that are sure to last. Like Dardja.
